MATLAB Code for Spray Breakup Point

Description

For this analysis, a vertical intensity profile was taken from the center of the spray.

A total of 50 different frames were analyzed over the course of 2500 frames. Instead of converting the image to black and white, the image was instead converted to grayscale because it offered more definition .

30 vertical intensity profiles around the initial line were taken in order to generate a smoother intensity profile and the intensity axis was also normalized just for simplicity .
