used the I2C type temperature sensor for the Read-to-Use tag. To verify the accuracy of the sensor and to calibrate the temperature control threshold value, we compare the reading of the IR thermometer that is a relatively accurate industrial grade meter. The error is computed based on the reference reading of the IRK659K . The errors are within 4.00% and consider the sensors’ readings are valid. These values will be used to test the device defect condition also. The sensors are very sensitive and easily breakable when apply voltage with opposite polarity or higher than tolerant level. applied the resulting values to calibrate the temperature control mode threshold.
