An ordered BAM file cannot be created because either an auxiliary file ''LINEARINDEX'' or/and an auxiliary file ''BAI''

An ordered BAM file cannot be created because either an auxiliary file ''LINEARINDEX'' or/and an auxiliary file ''BAI'' already exist; they are most likely stale files. Delete the ''LINEARINDEX'' and ''BAI'' files
