The size of the "Noise covariance Qw" matrix must match the number of noise inputs.
The size of the "Performance weight Qz" matrix must match the number of performance outputs.
The size of the "Left weight WL" must match the number of output signals.
The size of the "Right weight WR" must match the number of input signals.
The size of the conic sector matrix must match the number of output signals.
The conic sector matrix must have as many negative eigenvalues as input signals.
