Interpolate the input signal by two using polyphase IIR halfband filter. Allpass filters are used in the polyphase branches.
When the design method is set to 'Quasi-linear phase', one of the polyphase branches is just a delay which results in an approximately linear phase response.
Input frame size must be even.
