When G and C have unnamed I/O channels, C must have as many inputs as outputs in G, and as many outputs as inputs in G.

When G and C have unnamed I/O channels, C must have as many inputs as outputs in G, and as many outputs as inputs in G.

When all I/O names of G and C are specified, shared names specify how G and C are connected together. According to the current I/O names, there is no connection from G to C or from C to G.
