Selected code replacement library is incompatible with C99 (ISO) language standard. Code generation will switch to C89/9

Selected code replacement library is incompatible with C99 (ISO) language standard. Code generation will switch to C89/90 (ANSI) instead. Consider changing the target language setting to suppress this warning.
