The InitialConditions property must be a scalar, vector or matrix. When you specify a vector, its length must be equal to the number of delay elements in the filter.
When you specify a matrix, the matrix must have the same number of columns as the input signal. The number of rows in the matrix must equal the number of delay elements in the filter.
