Dataflow domain uses more threads than what is available in the system, therefore cannot simulate with 'RapidAccelUpToDataCheck' 'Off'. Use Dataflow Simulation Assistant and analyze the model in Rapid Accelerator mode to reconfigure Dataflow threads.
