Self activity output for state will be renamed to match the state name because this was the behavior prior to R2013a


Self activity output for state will be removed from chart because the output data name could not be renamed to match the state name without a name clash. Prior to R2013a, the name of a data used to output self activity must match the name of the state whose self activity is being monitored
