The function-call block is triggered by asynchronous S-functions specifying conflicting SS_OPTION: either ' or ' specifies SS_OPTION_ASYNCHRONOUS_CUSTOM while the other specifies SS_OPTION_ASYNCHRONOUS or SS_OPTION_ASYNCHRONOUS_INTERRUPT
