Specifying initial conditions as a matrix when FrameBasedProcessing is false will be removed in a future release. Set FrameBasedProcessing to true, reshape your input to a row vector, and specify InitialConditions as a matrix of dimensions Length-by-NumChans, where Length is the delay and NumChans is the number of input channels.
